三、倘僑外生經雇主聘僱為畢業僑外生3年期滿後,經原雇主或新雇主承接,原雇主或新雇主申請聘僱該名僑外生為畢業僑外生,其聘僱薪資是否應回歸為新臺幣3.3萬元?
