Authorization Method and Scope
To facilitate widespread use of the website information, all materials and resources on website of Direct Hiring Service Center (hereinafter referred to as DSHC) are protected by copyright yet made available to the public free of charge, on a non-exclusive, sublicensable basis. Users may reproduce, modify, edit, publicly transmit, or otherwise utilize to develop various products or services (hereinafter referred to as value-added derivatives) without time or location limits. This authorization will not be withdrawn subsequently, and users do not need to obtain written or other authorization from any authority, however, need acknowledge the source when using a specific material.
Exclusions
- This authorization extends only to coverage of copyright protection, and not intellectual property rights; it includes but not limited to the provision of patents, trademarks, and official logos.
- Users must take responsibility to plan and implement required corresponding measures in accordance to relevant provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act, for collection, processing, and usage of personal data voluntarily disclosed by the user or by the law.
- Partial videos, images, sheet music, and custom-written articles are only permitted for public release based on website agreement of the authority. Not covered by this authorization are the specifically stated materials which require prior consent before use.
- Users of information and materials under this authorization must not maliciously alter any related details. In case of content difference from the original text after editing or modifying, the user shall bear all legal responsibilities, no matter civil nor criminal.
Authorization is not granted to user, but it represents advice, acknowledgement, and approval of the DHSC for value-added derivative status.
