▍雇主安排移工於工作時間內至指定醫院辦理健康檢查仍應給薪
A:想請問一下老闆,為什麼我上個月有半天的薪水被扣掉了呢?

請留意!雇主這樣是違規的!
按時安排移工至指定醫院接受定期健康檢查,是雇主的義務,所以雇主如安排移工於工作時間內至指定醫院辦理,致移工無法出勤工作者,雇主不得因此扣薪喔!
