Foreign national insured person with eligibility to claim for Old-age benefits should prepare below documents: 

 

1.Old-age benefits application form and payment receipts

 

2. Financial institute bankbook cover duplicate copy (strictly needs USD account if foreign account, and please clearly indicate all details in English like bank name/branch/address, account name, recipient name/account number with complete address inc. city/county/country, etc.), and swift code for remittance or just fill in the【Foreign Account Remittance Information Sheet】.

 

3. Need provide certificate of identity issued by the local government of residence (like Household registral certificate, passport, etc.) and must translate to Chinese if document not in English. All documents (inc. the Chinese translated version) must be authenticated by the Taiwan embassy consular or representative office abroad. Applicants staying in Taiwan need provide valid ARC copy (showing back & front). To facilitate the review of labor insurance information, applicant may also attach copies of the old passport and ARC used during previous employment in Taiwan for verification (need signature on all copies), if you still have them.

 

4.Resigned applicant who is eligible to claim as previously engaged in dangerous or special job nature physical strength demanding works, must attach work certificate or other supporting document as proof.
