1. Salary: Wages owed by the employer within the six months prior to the termination of business, liquidation, or bankruptcy, as stipulated in the employment contract.
2. Severance and Retirement pay: Employers did not pay pension & severance pay following rules of Labor Standards Act, or did not pay severance based on Labor Pension Act, maximum of claim will be limited to 6 months of average salary.
※ Note that "Previewed salary", "Unpaid special/annual leaves due to contract termination" and "Retirement pension (6%) under the Labor Pension Act" are not eligible to apply for compensation of advanced payment.
