If submitted documents are complete and approval can be given, BLI will review and release case within 30 days after submission, and the advanced amount will be transferred to applicant's designated financial institution/bank account within approximately 3 to 5 working days after payment approval; Yet may prolong to an extra of 20 days, if case need further investigation and evidence from other relevant authorities.
