I.Common Documents Required:

  (1) Passport

  (2) 2 inch half body front facing photo without hat and taken within 2 years (same photo specification as for National Identity card)

II.Individual Documents Required:

   (1) Application for Residency:

     1.  Resident visa

     2. Certificate or proof of resident address in Taiwan

     3. Employment Permit issued by the Ministry of Labor (can submit the Recruitment letter instead if above permit not yet released)

     4. Employment Certificate issued within 1 month (with both chops stamped by the company and owner or representative)

   (2) Application for Extension of Residency:

     1. Alien Resident Certificate (ARC)

     2. Employment Permit issued by the Ministry of Labor (can submit the receipt of filed application instead, if said permit not yet released)

     3. Employment Certificate issued within 1 month (with both chops stamped by

the company and owner or representative)

   (3) Application for Change of Address Registration:

     1. Alien Resident Certificate (ARC)

     2. Certificate of resident address in Taiwan (need proofs like rental contract or other supporting documents proving applicant’s actual contact address)

   (4) Application for Change of Personal Information Registration

     1. Alien Resident Certificate (ARC)

     2. Proof of information change (supporting documents must be relevant to the change, like approval letter or renewed passport issued by the competent authority, and as for lost or replacement, need certificate of loss or police report).

※Need attach authorization letter aside from above mentioned documents, if authorizing other person to apply on behalf of you.
