I. The insured suffers from occupational injury or occupational disease after the occupational accident labor protection law is implemented.
II. Due to residual impairment, assistive devices must be used after being diagnosed by a physician or assessed by other professionals.
III. Not receiving the same type of assistive device subsidies according to other laws and regulations.
