A. Standard proof of resident days will be based on the entry and exit dates stamped on passports (computation does not include the day of arrival but includes the day of departure).
1.Take example for workers with arrival date on July 2, 2013 and departure date on July 1, 2015:
(1) Days of stay in the year 2013 = 29 (July) + 31 (Aug) + 30 (Sept.) +31 (Oct.) + 30 (Nov.) + 31 (Dec.) = total 182 days
(2) Days of stay in the year 2015 = 31 (Jan.) + 28 (Feb.) + 31 (Mar.) +30 (Apr.) + 31 (May) + 30 (June) + 1 (July) = total 182 days
2.Take example for workers with arrival day on June 1, 2013 and departure day on May 31, 2014:
(1) Days of stay in year 2013 = 29 (June) + 31 (July) + 31 (Aug) + 30 (Sept.) +31 (Oct.) + 30 (Nov.) + 31 (Dec.) = total 213 days
(2) Days of stay in the year 2014 = 31 (Jan.) + 28 (Feb.) + 31 (Mar.) +30 (Apr.) + 31 (May)
= total 151 days
