1. Online Application: 5 working days

2. Inconsistent or missing information should be corrected within 15 days upon date of notice (counted from next day after submission); while longer submission time 3 months given, for documents to be requested abroad.

3.Case will be rejected if no correction submitted within the duration date or incomplete documents filed (another 5 working days needed after correction documents filed).

All county and city service stations of the National Immigration Agency, Ministry of the Interior have interpreters to provide multilingual services in Chinese, English, Japanese, Vietnam, Indonesian, Thai, and Cambodian. A special hotline (1990) with above same 7 languages, was also set up for foreigners’ consultation services in Taiwan.
