▍防疫期間-因疫情滯臺外國人轉換措施
1.實施期間自110年10月29日至111年6月30日止
2.外國人有下列聘僱許可失效情事之一,且不可歸責者,並主張因疫情影響滯臺,致不能出國者,應於實施期間由原雇主或外國人依規定向本部申請轉換。
(1)聘僱許可期間屆滿,惟原雇主未辦理期滿續聘。
(2)期滿轉換未獲新雇主接續聘僱。
(3)依就業服務法第59條第1項規定轉換而未獲雇主接續聘僱。

▍Pandemic prevention period - Transfer measures for foreign workers who remained in Taiwan due to the pandemic
1. Implementation period: October 29, 2021 - June 30, 2022
2. When the employment permit of a foreign worker is invalid for any of the following reasons, through no fault of the worker, but because he or she chose to remain in Taiwan and could not leave the country due to the pandemic, then in accordance with existing regulations the original employer or foreign worker can apply to the Ministry of Labor for a transfer during the implementation period.
(1) The original employer does not apply for a contract completion employment continuation when the employment permit expires.
(2) A new employer does not apply for employment continuation following a contract completion transfer.
(3) An employer does not apply for employment continuation following a transfer conducted in accordance with Paragraph 1, Article 59 of the Employment Services Act.

▍Periode Pencegahan Epidemi - Prosedur perpindahan majikan bagi warga asing yang tertahan di Taiwan selama masa epidemi
1. Waktu implementasi sejak 29 Oktober 2021 hingga 30 Juni 2022
2. Bagi warga asing dengan masa perekrutan telah berakhir dan memenuhi salah satu kondisi di bawah berikut ini, serta mereka yang dikarenakan alasan yang tidak dapat diatribusikan, dan di tengah masa epidemi membuat warga asing bersangkutan tidak dapat meninggalkan Taiwan. Oleh sebab itu, selama waktu implementasi diberlakukan, maka pihak majikan atau warga asing dapat mengajukan permohonan perpindahan yang relevan kepada Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan (MOL).
(1). Periode perekrutan telah berakhir, tetapi pihak majikan asal tidak mengajukan pembaruan perekrutan
(2). Selama periode perpindahan, warga asing bersangkutan tidak mendapat perekrutan dari majikan baru
(3). Sesuai dengan UU Layanan Ketenagakerjaan Pasal 59 Ayat 1 yang mengatur perpindahan dan belum direkrut kembali oleh majikan.

▍Thời kỳ dịch bệnh - Biện pháp chuyển chủ hoặc chuyển đổi công việc cho người nước ngoài bị mắc kẹt tại Đài Loan vì dịch bệnh
1. Thời gian thực hiện: Từ 29/10/2021 đến 30/6/2022
2. Người nước ngoài thuộc một trong những trường hợp giấy phép lao động mất hiệu lực như dưới đây, không phải do lỗi của bản thân người lao động mà vì dịch bệnh nên mắc kẹt tại Đài Loan không thể xuất cảnh, trong thời gian thực hiện biện pháp này, chủ sử dụng lao động cũ hoặc bản thân người nước ngoài có thể xin phép Bộ Lao động cho chuyển chủ hoặc chuyển đổi công việc theo quy định.
(1) Giấy phép lao động hết hạn, nhưng chủ cũ không làm thủ tục gia hạn sau khi hết hạn.
(2) Xin chuyển chủ sau khi đã hết hạn hợp đồng nhưng không được chủ mới tuyển dụng.
(3) Xin chuyển chủ theo quy định tại khoản 1 Điều 59 Luật dịch vụ việc làm nhưng không được chủ mới tuyển dụng.

▍การย้ายงานสำหรับแรงงานต่างชาติที่ตกค้างจากการสถานการณ์โควิด-19
1. ช่วงดำเนินการย้ายงานได้ระหว่าง 29 ต.ค. 64 ถึง 30 มิ.ย. 65
2. แรงงานต่างชาติที่ใบอนุญาตทำงานหมดอายุ โดยไม่ใช่ความผิดของแรงงานต่างชาติ โดยมีเหตุได้รับผลกระทบจากสถานการณ์โควิด ทำให้ไม่สามารถเดินทางกลับประเทศได้ ในช่วงอนุญาตให้ย้ายงาน ให้นายจ้างหรือแรงงานต่างชาติเองยื่นขอย้ายงานต่อกระทรวงแรงงานได้
(1) ใบอนุญาตทำงานหมดอายุ และนายจ้างไม่ได้ยื่นขอต่อสัญญาใหม่
(2) ครบสัญญาย้ายนายจ้าง แต่ไม่มีนายจ้างรับย้ายงาน
(3) ทำเรื่องย้ายนายจ้างตามกฎหมายการจ้างงานมาตรา 59 ข้อ 1 และไม่มีนายจ้างรับย้ายงาน
