Please attach the required documents in accordance with “Directions for the Examination of the Application for Manufacturing Company deploy foreign worker by the Industrial Development Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs” to the Industrial Development Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs.

◆Application for Specific production procedure：

Limited to Specific production procedure and its related industries in Table 6, Item 1, Article 13 of The Reviewing Standards and Employment Qualifications for Foreigners Engaging in the Jobs Specified in Subparagraph 8 to 11,Paragraph 1 to Article 46 of the Employment Service Act.

◆Application for Action Plan for Welcoming Overseas Taiwanese Businesses to Return to Invest in Taiwan ：

If the company comply with Action Plan for Welcoming Overseas Taiwanese Businesses to Return to Invest in Taiwan approved by Executive Yuan on December 7, 2018, after the company apply to competent authority for identification, the company can apply for first recruitment permit. If the company comply with the previous regulations, within one year after the completion of the investment period specified in the permit, the company shall apply to central competent authority for recruitment permit.

Sole proprietorship, partnership or company which comply with the previous regulations shall submit the application once to Industrial Development Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs for the same factory or manufacturing plant. After determination from Industrial Development Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the company shall not apply for alteration.

Application for Specific production procedure with one of the following circumstances may submit application again：

（１）Companies that have change their industrial category registration due to the change inscope of material manufacture and process or have change their business category registration due to the change of major products and have applied for change of registration according to the regulations of article 16 of Factory Management Act.

（２）Companies exceed the application deadline specified in Article 2 of Regulations of the application for permit to recruit type B foreign worker, application procedure and other documents stipulated by the central competent authority and have the need to apply for permit.

Application documents for 3K industrial certificate (Qualification evaluation

documents for Industrial Development Bureau)

1.Application to deploy foreign worker for manufacturing company with specific

production procedure (form M343)

2.Equipment list for deploying foreign worker for manufacturing company with

specific production procedure (form M343A)

3.Photocopy of factory registration certificate or photocopy of the temporary

factory registration certificate for replacement in accordance with Article 34 of

the Factory Management Act.

4.Machinery equipment certificate：

（1）Income Tax Certificate for Profit-seeking Enterprise submitted to the taxation office according to the law in the past year (including property list of machinery

equipment and balance sheet)

（2）Companies that have newly purchased machinery and equipment can be

categorizedas machinery for specific process and products in Table 6, Article 13 of The Reviewing Standards and Employment Qualifications for Foreigners and has

not listed timely in the property list attached to the annual tax declaration shall

attach photocopy of invoice of purchased machinery and equipment, import

declaration

from Customs, documents against payment, documents against acceptance, or

other proof of payment.

（3）Companies that receive merger or change registration issued by competent

authority, however, has not listed timely in the property list attached to the annual tax declaration of the surviving company or the newly incorporate company shall

attach contract of consolidation or merger and the latest financial report (list of

assets in the registration for modification) verified by and accountant.

5.Factory production workflow and floor plan.

6.Company profile and name, picture and description of major products.

7.Waste and recycle industry shall attach one of the following documents:industrial waste recycling license, those passing published recycling screening, public and

private waste disposal clean-up agencies, recyclable waste processing industry,

industrial waste clearance and disposal organizations.
