【與雇主、外國人共同走過疫情影響】

臺灣全民防疫， 勞動部 連外國人都一起照顧到了！

在國外疫情尚未趨緩的狀況下，我們針對外國人實施兩大措施：

一、加強留任在臺外國人

鼓勵外國人期滿續聘、國內承接、暫不返國，開放雇主申請3個月或6個月短期聘僱，解決雇主用人需求之急迫性。

二、落實居家檢疫計畫備查

自109年3月27日起產業類雇主引進新外國人，地方勞政單位會同衛生單位進行實地查核後，依據《嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎防治及紓困振興特別條例》實施入境外國人居家檢疫計畫，將合格名冊送勞動部核發產業類新引進外國人居家檢疫計畫備查函，兼顧國內防疫及雇主用人需求。

．期滿續聘、期滿轉換與接續聘僱外國人：82,324人

．彈性延長屆期外國人聘期3個月：1,685人

．因應疫情影響航班短期聘僱：726人

．產業類外國人落實居家檢疫計畫：4,247人
